FAQ
Do you use any artificial coloring or dyes?
All our sprinkles and coloring are made from colorants derived only from edible plants – we will never ever sell anything with artificial food coloring. Even better, we carry dye free sprinkles and food coloring right in shop, so stop in to purchase some for your own holiday dessert decorating!
can i place an order ahead of time?
You certainly can! The earlier the better, that way you can be sure we will have your favorites ready and waiting for you on the day (and in the amount) you need them. Head to our pre order website and place an order for a future date.
Please be aware of the following pre order holiday cut off dates:
Nov. 19: Last Day to Pre Order for Thanksgiving
Dec. 17: Last Day to Pre Order for Christmas
How can I order a few dozen christmas cookies?
If your planning to bring in christmas cookies or cookie cutouts for a holiday celebration or work party, we highly recommend placing a pre order ahead of time so that you can be sure you’re getting the quantity you need ready on the date you need it! Head to our pre order page here to place an order for pickup.
How long does it take for frozen items to thaw out?
Baked goods should sit out to thaw between 1-2 hours.
For best results with our baked goods, please keep them in an airtight container or freeze them if you do not plan to eat them within 2-3 days (cheesecakes and heavy fruit items should be kept refrigerated).
Remember, we don’t use preservatives or any yucky chemicals, so our baked goods will not last as long as you may be used to from a large commercial bakery!
Do you have gluten free gingerbread?
Yes! We offer both Gingerbread cookie dough as well as ready to decorate Gingerbread “friends” (cookie cutouts) – all gluten free of course, just like everything in the shop!
