front of house assistant manager
Looking for:
a heart to serve people, a love for baked goods, smiles and a positive attitude, attention to detail, a willingness to teach and encourage a team through great communication!
Responsibilities:
- Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the Happy Bellies’ mission, vision and values
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing product information, recommendations, and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Direct overall activities and performance of front-of-house team members on a shift-by-shift basis, including task assignments, journal entries, and ensuring adequate staffing.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure adherence to guest service standards and operational efficiency.
- Conduct effective communication through scheduled team meetings and daily pre-shift meetings.
- Lead the service team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

back of house assistant manager
Looking for:
organization, passion, energy, can do it attitude, attention to detail, heart for building people up and teaching them!
Responsibilities:
- Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the Happy Bellies’ mission, vision and values.
- Directs overall activities and performance of team members on a shift by shift basis including, but not limited to, assigning weekly tasks sheets, enforcing/adjusting daily job tasks and cleaning duties, journal entry and ensuring kitchen department is adequately staffed.
- Check daily task sheets to ensure work is being completed by team on time.
- Directs quantity of daily early bake and assists in adjusting daytime quantities/batches according to season and as business determines.
- Fill in where needed to ensure standard food quality and efficient operations.
- Can fill in for early positions of the kitchen operations.

KITCHEN TEAM
Looking for:

Responsibilities:
- Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the Happy Bellies’ mission, vision and values.
- Follow recipes accurately and measure precisely to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Complete and prep orders according to order requests, special requests, and daily task sheet.
- Work efficiently to meet production timelines, adjusting as necessary to accommodate varying demand levels.
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
