We make a lot of really good, gluten free food around here, but Happy Bellies has always been about the people, too!
We’re a busy, growing bakery filled with early mornings, lots of teamwork, great guests and a HOLE lot of donuts. Get it, donut hole… Anyway, we’re looking for people who care about doing a great job, enjoy being part of a team and aren’t afraid to jump in when things get busy.
Some people come to Happy Bellies with years of experience. Others start with us in their very first job. What matters most to us is finding the right people. We work hard, we move fast and we help each other out.
You don’t have to know everything on day one. We can teach you how we do things. What we can’t teach is showing up, caring about your work, treating people well and being willing to jump in and most important, attitude! Those things matter here.

EARLY MORNING KITCHEN + BAKERY TEAM
Early bird? This might be your spot.
Our kitchen crew is behind the mixing, scooping, baking and prepping that fills our cases and orders every morning.
Early shifts begin between 4:30 – 5:30 AM, so we’re looking for dependable people who don’t mind an early alarm, like hands-on work and can keep moving when the kitchen is busy.
Experience is great, but reliability, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic matter a whole lot too.
Front team
Love people? We should probably talk.
Our Front Team is the face of Happy Bellies. You’ll welcome guests, help them find their favorites, answer questions, package orders, work the register and help keep everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who notice what needs to be done, enjoy taking care of guests and are willing to jump in wherever needed.
There are opportunities to learn our drinks area and grow into additional responsibilities over time, too!
DISHWASHING + KITCHEN SUPPORT
Not every important job happens at the front counter.
A busy bakery makes a LOT of dishes, and this role helps keep the whole kitchen moving.
If you like staying busy, working with your hands and leaving things cleaner and more organized than you found them, you may be exactly who we need.
